Here is our updated 4-H Club Meeting Checklist along with the Meeting Log. This document serves as the guideline representing how Cornell Cooperative Extension of Washington County (CCE) and the 4-H Youth Development Program will aid in the prevention of the spread of COVID-19. This document has been reviewed by the CCE Board of Directors as well as feedback from our 4-H Leader Meeting held earlier in Fall 2021.
The checklist must be referenced when planning any in-person 4-H gathering. While we do not require this to be shared with our office, we do feel it’s a reminder on how to host 4-H events and keep our youth, volunteers and their families safe. We do require that following every in-person gathering that a list of all attendees be sent to our office whether or not you choose to use the form with the link below.
