Here is our 4-H Club reopening plan and accompanying documents. This serves as the written safety plan outlining how Cornell Cooperative Extension of Washington County (CCE) and the 4-H Youth Development Program will aid in the prevention of the spread of COVID-19. This document has been reviewed by the CCE Board of Directors.
In addition to the plan itself are the individual documents a 4-H volunteer would need to have in order to host a 4-H club meeting. NO meetings are allowed until the plan has been reviewed, signed by the volunteer leaders of that club and returned to the office. The prerequisite documents are outlined in the “Covid-19 Safety Forms Checklist”.
