Class to be held at the new teaching kitchen at Hudson Valley Community College, Troy, NY. Taught by Cornell Cooperative Extension instructors Diane Whitten and Judy Price. Register through the college at hvcc.edu. Lunch included all 3 days. You will receive a nearly 300 page binder and learn the safe way to do boiling water canning, pressure canning, the art of jam and jelly making, dehydration, freezing and fermenting foods.
