Handling Stress and Conflict on the Farm

Erica Leubner, MSW with NY FarmNet Farm Family Consultants will discuss the impact of stress that farmers are currently experiencing due to volatile milk and commodity prices is showing up in just about every aspect of their lives. We will be addressing how unmanaged stress affects business decision making, interpersonal relationships and personal well-being. Attendees will go away with many stress management techniques and conflict resolution strategies they can use to prevent stress and get back on track in their relationships and businesses.Dinner will be provided at no cost- pre registration is mandatory.Registrations due by May 8th.
